MYSTERY TOUR HAS STARTED

We set off this morning and drove the hired people mover to pick up Birthday Bear, Ann and George.
Birthday Bear was ready and excited about going on a mystery tour.

George and Bill packed the car.

Birthday Bear had a spot looking out of the back window. We then picked up Mary and visited Paul and Helen and let them know how we would miss them.

First stop was Gympie, a country town, a few hours north of Brisbane. Birthday Bear was excited to find a Bear shop and he had fun making friends.

Then he had coffee and scones for morning tea.

Then he explored the park in this old gold mining town.

He loved the ducks and the fountain.
The first part of this trip has been fun for all of us.

  10. Exciting days ahead. I think I need to make a 'little companion' to take on our holidays as it may encourage to take more photos. Sometimes I think 'Yes, it would be a good photo but we've both seen it now, so I don't need to photograph it." I little companion would at least add some interest, especially for the grandchildren.

Have a fantastic trip, stay safe and have lots of fun.

  11. I'm loving the Birthday Bear perspective on the holiday. I think you should have sent Birthday Bear into the kitchen to do a better job on those scones.

  15. Looks like you had a great time Diane on your trip. I showed it to Hannah and Sophie and they loved it. They said it was the best one yet. They especially like the picture of Birthday Bear driving the car. They think he's a lucky bear to have gone on such a great trip. They hope you take him again.
