WE ARE BACK

We have just returned from a four week trip around the states of Western Australia and South Australia. Firstly, we flew to Perth. the capital city of Western Australia. Before joining our tour group we were met by old friends, Laila and George and taken on a tour of the beaches.

 Unfortunately, the weather was overcast, showery, windy and cold but it didn't deter us or the surfers from having fun.

 We spotted this interesting bird as we walked to the beach before being turned back by a rainy squall.

So it was time for a warm coffee. Laila and George took us to the Esplanade Hotel in Fremantle, which is the port town for Perth.

    Thanks for the Group pic. Nicely captured. Your photo blog is a very good example of your travels in the S/W of WA.
