WHATEVER THE WEATHER

When we went to the beach with our family for a few days, we had one day where the weather wasn't the best. It was still warm but overcast with showers. It didn't stop the young ones from having fun. They went to explore some of the indoor attractions on the Gold Coast. Meanwhile I took a short walk on the beach to strengthen the ankle which I broke some months ago.



We did a routine walk to the coffee shop in mid morning.

The cloudy sky and showers provided a stunning sunset.

    Wonderful skies. I imagine it was hard walking in sand with a weak ankle.

      Yes but its what the physio ordered. It did make it stronger in the end.

    lovely views and lovely location for a short holiday. glad the ankle is coming along. my friend just broke her wrist. :(

    I love the photo of you at the coffee shop - those boys are very handsome! Your beach photos make me yearn toward the end of April when we leave for CA. Love the gorgeous sky shots. It's snowing here today - AGAIN!

    I’d take that rainy day anytime....I think of rainy days as gray and colorless ...yours was anything but .,,. Beautiful family portraits. .... also I’m in deep admiration of your walk on the sand....that’s hard walking even when not in recovery from an ankle or jury.
