I'M LUCKY

I'm lucky to have a man who likes cooking. He made spinach and ricotta ravioli for dinner.

That's my man.
I'm usually in front of my computer in the study when I hear, "Dinner is ready!"
We eat dinner together and then its his turn to sit in front of TV while I clean up.

  1. Wonderful ! That's how I like men ! Mr.G. taught me cooking when we married, I couldn't cook at all, my mother never let me in the kitchen she was afraid that I would create a big mess. Now he is too lazy but Dario is a very good cook too !

  2. you are very lucky to have a lovely husband who cooks. and it looks delicious. my late husband used to cook, clean, wash, iron and shop bless him. and it's a fair swap isn't it for you to clean up? a win/win situation

  3. My goodness Diane, a close friend and I were just saying today how wonderful it must be for women who have husbands who love to cook, and here was your post!! Oh you lucky girl!
I've just read both of your comments at my place and made replies.
But gosh, the ICE MAN, I had completely forgotten about him, and I remember him well!!

Ah now that's a sweet deal and one I know I'd be willing to do - he cooks you clean up!

  8. I can only imagine what they would look like if I had made them. I am seriously not a good cook. I think it's a talent that's given or not given. Or maybe not. :)

  17. George and I are very much like that. He loves to cook ---so he usually makes the entree. I will do all of the other parts of the dinner and keep things cleaned up. The system works well for us…

The Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli looked wonderful. Yes, you and I are LUCKY to have men in our lives who enjoy cooking. We get to enjoy that cooking, don't we?????

    Hugs,
    Betsy

  20. Wow! What a gem you have in Bill! If my husband, dear man that he is, cooked such a meal (cooked ANY meal!) for me, I'd fall down in shock. And it looks so good!

  24. Oh, Ravioli, that is a lot of work and not easy. I like cooking, so I do the cooking and after the washing up!! Peter is lazy when it comes to housework. Sometimes I dream of a perfect husband. Lots of kudos for Bill.
