BIRDS THAT VISIT US

Over the five years that we have lived in 'Elements Retirement Living, Springwood' I have collected quite a few photos of birds that visit us. Some come to our balcony, others to our tree and many more in the village gardens. It is a pleasure watching them. Sometimes they get a bit noisy.

Blue Faced Honeyeater

Rainbow Lorikeet

Curlew

Brown Honeyeater

Kookaburra

Plover

Pale Headed Rosella

Noisy Miner

Galah

Red Honeyeater

Friarbird
There are too many for one post.

  1. The rainbow parakeet is a favourite of mine but I imagine it is quite a noisy bird.

  6. Isn't it marvellous that different countries have such different birds? We have none of those here - and they are fascinating to me.
