Well, I wonder what would happen if I went round the Castle Grounds leaving teddy bears all over the place. I almost want to do it just to see. I had a miniature teddy bear who travelled all over the world with me (well over as much of it as I travelled through). He was attached to my travel bag or camera bag or whatever I was carrying. The strange thing is that no one ever commented.
Some neighborhoods in our area are also setting out teddy bears so walkers can find them. The bears are often moved so that you have to be on the lookout each time you walk.
Hi Diane, I love seeing the stuffed animals and bears in the forest. Like Gattina, I wondered what the meaning was. Thank you for visiting my blog. I really have issues with my Internet these days, so forgive me if I don't get to visit that often. But I have never forgotten you as one of my earliest blogger friends. Be safe and keep well. Jo
Oh my goodness! I knew you had wonderful wildlife in your corner of the world and this definitely proves it! (I think I’ve heard something about your National sense of humor too.). Smiles all around! Thanks for sharing.
I keep forgetting your seasons are the opposite of mine. Pretty Fall colors and I adore all the stuffed bears and other critters put there to give everyone a smile and a lift in their hearts. Sue
Hi Diane, just had to pop back to yours before I went on a blog break... so glad I did! What a happy walk that was, seeing all those bearies peeping out from the bush. Lots of smiles packed in there. Good cheer to you xx
I see a few teddy bears on windows around my suburb.
ReplyDeleteHello, what a great walk. It is nice seeing all the bears and stuffed animals. Take care and enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteHow cute! My favorite is the second one. I guess you are not having any rainy days, or do people remove them when rain threatens?
ReplyDeleteWhat a surprise. Who did that do you think?
ReplyDeleteI wonder what the real animals make of all those strange creatures.
ReplyDeleteSo many bears looking so good
ReplyDeleteI love all the stuffed animals in the trees and the autumn leaves are lovely.
ReplyDeleteHope that walk cheered you up Diane.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful walk, rather pretty and nice to see those stuffed toys in the trees.
Never likely to see that here but I loved joining you on this walk, Keep safe, t'other Diane

ReplyDeleteLove the flag flying bear shelter. Someone went to a lot of trouble to give others pleasure. I also love seeing all the trees along your path.
ReplyDeleteThat's real cute these animal toys in the trees, is there a special reason for that ?
ReplyDeleteYou have a lot of bears there. I don't see so many here around!
ReplyDeleteI think a few ring-ins joined in on the teddy bear's parade.
