Now that it is Spring and all the flowering trees are in blossom in our village, many birds are visiting. Its fun trying to capture them sitting still. They are so busy drinking the nectar.
He doesn't suck nectar but eats insects and small animals.

ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos Diane. Some of the nectar eating birds that come to my garden are far too fast for me, by the time I grab my camera and try and take a photo they've flown away :)

Wonderful bird shots ... they are busy in our trees at the moment too but my "bird" camera was at the other house.
ReplyDeleteI saw a kookaburra sitting on the railing the other morning, beside the fish pond. I am hoping he didn't think it would be a good idea to do a little bit of fishing.
