ANY EXCUSE


Our friends and us find any excuse to go out for dinner. 

One of our friends, Karen, is still teaching as she is quite a bit younger than us. However, she is taking long service leave soon and travelling to U.K. and Europe for the first time. So we invited her to dinner to say goodbye and for her to tell us of her upcoming adventures.

    What a fun dinner you had!
    One of my favourite things about Australia has always been the concept of "long service leave". I think it's wonderful. I wish Karen all the best in her travels.

    Well any excuse is right and a trip to Europe is very right. Your friend will have received many advices and tips for her journey, I am sure. The food looks wonderful.

    That's interesting to put a P on the car for new drivers. We have to put an "L" on the car when one person learning and is not allowed to drive alone !
