Last night at our monthly village dinner we celebrated our 54th wedding anniversary, We celebrated with the people on our table and a few others who came up to congratulate us at the end of the dinner.
Ahhh so young and cute, back in Pt Moresby :) Everyone starts off with a total belief in the long term passion in their marriage, but over the years babies, budgets and health issues take their toll. My late mother told me that the first 30 years are the toughest - after that, marriage is a doddle :) You have proved her correct !
Joe and I celebrated our 52 wedding anniversary after the last Covid lockdown ended :) Happily!

Congratulations, funny, we almost have reached the same number this year in June! We oldies are going strong together isn't it?
