While we were at Perigean Beach with the family, we went for a drive to Noosa National Park. We walked along the path and glimpsed the beautiful sea views through the trees. Then we came to many little bays. We stopped at one for the family to swim, sun bake and play on the beach while us oldies sat on a log in the shade and people watched.
Simon, our Swiss visitor likes what he sees.
Papa goes for a swim
Mum sunbaked and watches the boys.
Mum and the boys discuss their finds.
After fun on the beach we went back to Noosa Village and had a baby chino and lunch. It is great having this lovely family back in Australia. It is hard to believe that they have been back for a year now. I hope they stay.
Happy you enjoy time with your beautiful family in such a gorgeous place

How time flies. I can't believe it is a year since they arrived in Australia. With scenes like these how could they possible go back to the US?
ReplyDeleteThis looks wonderful to relax, hope the kids will stay in Australia now, US sounds not so attractive anymore...

ReplyDeleteHow lovely to be able to spend time together like this. And what stunning colours in the sea and sky.
ReplyDeleteThose sea views are wonderful, Diane! I'd be back in the shade with you. I'm glad the Grands are close enough for you to enjoy more often. That year went by quickly!
ReplyDeleteHello, I always enjoy the beach photos. Looks beautiful there. Your grandsons are growing quickly, they are so cute. I hope they stay close by, Have a great day and week ahead!
ReplyDeleteWonderful to have this time with your family on the beach! What a lovely place! I enjoyed the photos so much! Had to commiserate with you about the back pain from your puzzles...I get it from sewing!
ReplyDeleteThe color of the water is just stunning, and how lucky you are to live in a place that this sort of view is relatively accessible. glad you had a good time with your family! Don't those grandchildren grow up too fast???!!
ReplyDeleteIt is marvelous you have your family there to enjoy especially at this fun age for the two boys. Your photos are, as always, stunning. I love the contrast of the blue sea and sky with the brown of the branches in many of your shots.
ReplyDeleteI've been buy with visitors and re-decorating so have been a bit slow in catching up in Blogland. However today I'm sitting in bed at a friend's before we all get up and go out for breakfast and I've just caught up with your posts. I've never been to Noosa but so many of my friends seem to have an affinity with or connection to the place it's good to see a bit more of it (even if only a tiny bit more!)..
ReplyDeleteI hope they do too! Your grands are at the age where they change so quickly ... it is fun for you to be able to see them oftener! I am glad we were close to our daughters kids when they were at that stage. I still miss them when we travel, but since they are in their 30s, they don't Change as fast ))).
ReplyDeleteYes hoping! I love those knarly trees! Looks like all had fun!
ReplyDeleteso beautiful nature's photo...
