I have been dabbling in Family History. I don't really know what I'm doing but I'll sort it out one day. I have so many other projects on the go; that is the problem. Anyway, I came across these old photos of my Mum, Florrie Greenall, when she was at school and I thought they were lovely photos. They also tie in with Sepia Saturday's prompt photo of a rowing boat.

I wish I could find out why the photos were taken. I tried finding newspapers from that time but I wasn't successful. The Wakefield Library suggested I pay a researcher to check for me, but I have put that on hold for a while. I know there are people out there who know how to sleuth photos, maybe one of you can help me.
