On the first of December the residents of Elements retirement village turned on their Christmas Lights and we all walked around the village enjoying the festive atmosphere.

ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful. Enjoy the rest of your Christmas holidays.
ReplyDeleteThe community made a lot of work of the decorations. Always strange for me to see people in shorts with Christmas :)
ReplyDeleteHello, I love all the Christmas lights. They look so pretty. You live in a wonderful community. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas! Have a happy day and week ahead.
ReplyDeletethey sure know how to spread the Chrismtas lights just right. so beautiful...
ReplyDeleteWow Diane, these lights are spectacular! Does Bill's T-shirt say: Don't drink and blog?
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. Hope that you had a great time and we wish you both all the best for 2018. Cheers Diane
ReplyDeletegreat decorations
ReplyDeleteMerry after Christmas, Diane, and what a great show of neighborhood decorations. I'm just catching up on blog reading. Thank you for comments on recent blog posts. As always, all were much appreciated.
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to catch up on posts of fellow bloggers as we were away from late Nov. till a week before Christmas, not on vacation, but making stops in several states to check on a house we're still hoping to sell. The closing was set for Dec, but now will go into early 2018 (we hope it's done then). We also managed to see some friends, attend a USAF holiday concert in Washington, DC and celebrate in PA for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. We managed to get our small tree and other holiday decos up a few days before the 25th on a snowy day here in NH.
Looking forward to blog friendship in the coming New Year and sending our best wishes to you and Bill for a very wonderful and Happy New Year. (And, I also liked Bill's shirt and saying.)
A good effort by all involved. Bigger and better next year.
ReplyDeletethey village looks lovely. you are lucky to have a pool too. it's good that all of the residents make the effort and everyone enjoys themselves and gets into the christmas spirit. it was nice to see your family photo. xxx
